Many people avoid setting boundaries for fear of rocking the boat. Or fear that others will not think they are nice. Or fear that they will hurt someone’s feelings. Or maybe because they don’t know how to say it.
But setting boundaries is one of the healthiest things you can do in your life.
It is OK for you to say, “No.” It is OK for you to say, “Not right now.” It is OK for you to say, “That doesn’t work for me.” And you will be stronger and healthier for it.

Many times women ask me how they can improve their marriages and influence their husbands. The power of prayer is usually one of the first tools that comes to my mind. Because I can hear the voice of my life coach saying to me, “Take it higher.” In other words, don’t rely on trying to solve problems here on the physical level. Give them to God and ask for his help.
Prayer is so powerful. Never underestimate it.
In this episode of the podcast I will share how I learned to pray and rely on God to rescue my marriage. And how I continue to use it today for everyday life.
We will also talk about how to use prayer to grow closer to your husband.

When I speak on marriage, I often try to encourage women to take the lead on improving their marriage relationship. But I often hear a common complaint about this theory — “It’s not fair.”
I get it. I’ve been there. I know how overwhelmed many of us moms are. And so often, it feels like we can’t take on one more thing. Why should we have to be the one’s to “work” on our marriage.
In today’s podcast, I’d like to show you what to do when you are feeling like it’s not fair in your relationship. It’s not about taking on more work, it’s about changing the type of effort you are putting in and receiving massive results.

In early March 2020 the world came to a grinding halt when COVID-19 shut down life as we know it.
The virus brought with it a crazy amount of worry, stress, fear, disappointment and heartbreak.
In this episode I am going to share with you some of the heartbreak our family experienced and some of the blessings we received. Then I hope to make a case to inspire you to use gratitude to cope with any and all hardships you might experience in life.
Then, in the next episode I’m going to share with you several different ideas for how you can intentionally start a gratitude practice.
